Sales Co-ordinator

As an important player in a small team, you will work as a link between the sales team and our customers, updating our database, responding to sales enquiries, quotation processing and follow-up. An excellent telephone manner is vital for the position, as is the need to be methodical and organised in your approach to work.


P.A / Projects Organiser

An exceptional person is required to act as Personal Assistant to two Directors. Duties will include working with the Directors to provide a full and comprehensive secretarial service. Organise conferences and training sessions, hotel accommodation, travel arrangements, source and procure articles and services.


Marketing Assistant

You will be responsible for co-ordinating design and contents of brochures and other literature for all our distributors world-wide. Liaison with graphic design studios and printers. We use Apple Macintosh and Quark Express. Some travelling to visit distributors and exhibitions overseas can be expected.


Accounts (part time)

Looking after our sales and purchase ledgers, liaising with our bank, completing monthly management account, VAT returns etc., you will need to have the ability to stay calm and collected when the pressure is on. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, while making sure that the management is informed and kept up to date. Formal qualifications are not as important as common sense and experience.
